Purgatory is a 4-player Co-operative Battle Arena game. Players play as one of four unique characters based on the Riders of the Apocalypse. They battle waves of increasingly difficult enemies in order to defend their own base, upgrading items and spells to become more powerful.
My role on this project was to develop and implement the network interaction, user-interface and customized editor features to assist and streamline the workflow for designers and artists. Additionally, I worked on effects and I was asked to assist gameplay programmers. The initial project was developed over the course of 14 days.
